We are a group of two owner-operated homes on the South Coast. We aim to provide exceptional quality care in a homely comfortable environment. We endeavour to provide an environment where staff feel motivated and supported to deliver the highest possible standards of care. We work hard to foster a culture where staff are listened to, feel happy in their jobs and remain highly motivated. We ensure that residents, their families and all staff feel valued and are included in the decisions taken for the home and development of services.
We believe that in order to deliver quality care, residents interests must be at the heart of every action and decision. To achieve this it is paramount to retain a highly motivated and committed team who are able to fully engage and properly listen to our Residents.
We have CQC "Good" rating across all areas in both homes.
